The Shopper Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the National Accounts and Shopper Marketing Manager in providing JDE sales team with volume building programs for Coffee category in all sales channels as well as in developing and implementing regional sales plans and customer focused programs.
The Shopper Marketing Specialist is also responsible for increasing the impact of national or regional consumer marketing efforts in Coffee Category, by increasing the relevance and visibility at the point of sales.
- Build effective consumer-engaging programs
- Preparation of category analyses
- Monitor programs implementation and prepare post evaluation analysis
- Development of eye-catching POPM / TPOPM
- In-store activation plan preparation per customer
- Communication with agencies and other external partners
- Close cooperation with other departments – Marketing, Finance
- Preparation of New Products launches deployment plan
- Creates and monitors implementation of all merchandising standards
- Shopper Marketing Budget monitoring
